Harissa Mayo is a great spin on traditional mayo. It can be used as a spread, as well as a dip and is sure to kick up your 4th of July BBQ to the next level.
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons La Megara Harissa
- 1/2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, La Megara Harissa, vinegar and cumin together in a large bowl and stir with a whisk to combine. Taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper as desired. Refrigerate and serve on hamburgers, chicken or even use as a dip for veggies.
