Our participation in the Expo West 2017

Last week was special for us. In fact, we were present at the Expo West 2017, one of the largest natural and organic products tradeshow that took place at the Anaheim Hilton & Marriott. It was really a rewarding and enriching experience, and we had the chance to meet interesting people.

Last week, the Anaheim Hilton & Mariott hosted more than 3000 exhibitors from all over the world. La Megara team was part of this exciting adventure and most of visitors had the opportunity to discover the authentic Tunisian products such as Harissa, Deglet Nour pitted dates, Olive oil… and many more.

During these 3 days, our chef prepared many recipes with our products, like toasts with harissa and sardines, couscous with sardines and vegetables, tomatoes with Horia (carrot) spread… and people loved it! Many people were pleasantly surprised by the taste of our traditional and Berber harissa, and even compared it to sriracha. They also learned a lot about our culinary traditions and the origin of each product.

La Megara team had also the chance to discover many natural and organic products coming from different places of the world, and meet passionate and interesting people. The 37^th edition of Expo West was a celebration of all flavors and tastes, and we can’t wait until next year!
